I can’t book another delivery until they refund me. I have no money to even order a small delivery. I have nothing and it’s sending me crazy .0

Push Asda to check the records. Their handsets and truck are tracked and they should be able to find out whether the driver got to your address or not.
I assume you are using a card to order. Raise a dispute through your bank and request a chargeback. This should get things moving.1 -

Contact Asda and tell them they did not deliver to you. Ask them to check the tracking for the order to find out where they delivered to.
If you paid by debit card contact your bank and ask the to do 'chargeback' for the two orders as they did not deliver to you.

Your local council will have support in place for people who are shielding. Check the council website to find a contact phone number. They may be able to arrange support from a food bank in the short term.
If you have a local facebook group, post on there too. Someone will help.1 -
We had this happen a couple of times recently. Our issue arose after we moved house and updated our address details. The delivery still got sent to the old address. Luckily we were renting it out and even more luckily it was empty and I only live 5mins away so when the driver phoned I was able to get around to collect it. It is obviously only 'hear say' but the driver was telling me the Asda system is failing to update addresses on the back-end of their database quite a lot since last summer, so even though it appears that you have entered the correct information it might not have gone through.
Have you updated any address info in the last year on the Asda website? If so might be worth giving them a call and checking it has gone through.

Hi. Yes I have in fact I only updated it about a month ago . I’m not so lucky though as I’ve moved from staffordshire to Leicestershire. That’s really helpful Thankyou. It doesn’t excuse the fact I’m still waiting for a refund x0

Hopefully you get the refunds sorted, that is pretty rubbish service from Asda though but its apparently happen to many shoppers. If they are still not refunding or responding, letter to their Head office and customer services recorded delivery may work you can always try their facebook and twitter pages also doing it public tends to get a quicker response.
Its worth perhaps trying ice land free delivery up to 35 quid or morrisons or other companies also, once you find one that works well you can perhaps stick with it.0
