My wife has a contract with O2 giving unlimited calls for £15 , however she is getting bills of up to £60 a month itemised as "airtime" .What is this for ? Anyone able explain please.

Unlimited calls doesn't mean all calls, there will be exceptions which will be detailed on the plan info page of the O2 site.
Like, Premium rate numbers, None geographic numbers, Calls outside the UK.
You need to go through either the numbers on the bill or the numbers on the phones call log.

Just to add onto what @Jon_01 above has said, if you don't want to be able to spend above what is included in the allowance, you can add a 'spend cap' to manage that and prevent it from happening again.bernardhowell said:My wife has a contract with O2 giving unlimited calls for £15 , however she is getting bills of up to £60 a month itemised as "airtime" .What is this for ?
