C bounce games.
So my partner hadn't registered for online acsess to his bill. So I have registered him with his permission. We have discovered that he has been paying at least 20 quid in additional charges since the start of contract in April 2019. To something called c bounce games. 2.50 at a time and also ways around 8:04 in the morning and sometimes 10:39.
He is on ee. Is there anyway he can get these charges back he has no idea what it is. I have tried go ogling it and not much is coming up. He always said to me that his contract price chnaged each month and I never knew why that would be as his contract is a set price. Now i have found out why. He isnt very savvy at times and I have to try and help him out to try and work things out.
Any help would be great.
