    Via email from info@emails.halifax.co.uk maybe check your spam folder?

    Doesnt seem fair that this offer includes Halifax and LLoyds but not BOS.

    I am feeling like billy-no-mates here - I have both a Lloyds and  Halifax account and my inbox is deader than corduroy elbow patches.

    Got email from Lloyds but not from Halifax. BUT....my wife didn't get one from Lloyds - bit strange.
