Grass patches on pavement turning into mud - council won't do anything

We used to have a small tree that was planted a couple of years ago in between me and my neighbours house by the council. At the beginning of December, an Amazon driver managed to reverse into it and completely snap it off. Now there is just a large twig sticking out of the ground. Most drivers don't care. Outside the local schools in my area, the grass verges are completely ruined where inconsiderate parents have driven over them to drop off/pick up their little darlings.Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £10,153.440

Now you have complained you both will be presumed guilty to future 'improvements', You will be on a watch list they will keep an eye on it now, you should not have admitted to placing any sticks! If placing bollards they would have to have looked official with reflectors on them, too late for that now.Your best bet now would be course sand for drainage and re-seed, or use the plastic grids you can drive over but still grow grass in.Can a fire truck get past if you were to get planning for a Ballard?0
