Can anyone advise how you get to speak to someone at 3 Mobile

I have been trying to resolve a complaint with 3 Mobile since 14th Dec. Despite all calls coming from me to 3, rather than the promised @We will call you back" i can not get through to or get my complaint escalated to the right level of Manager to get a resolve. Any advise would be great....now left feeling my only option is the ombudsman....Cheers

@Immola Don't waste your time with the on-line chat, if you can't get through on the phone, write to them.
I wasted over an hour (about 15 months ago - pre-covid) with one of their so called dedicated Customer Relations team who not only didn't seem to understand the problem (a network issue which resulted in a small cost to me) which had been going on for many weeks. He ended up being rude (that seemed to be the only thing he was trained in) the problem remained unresolved and not a penny of compensation to offset my cost. On the phone the issue would have taken about 10 minutes - even if the outcome with hime would have been the same.
The problem was finally resolved a number of days later when I craftily managed to speak to a senior network engineer who also gave me some decent compensation
