The point is, we have a template appeal for first appeal to the PPC. Important, because it coaches people NOT to say who parked and makes them realise why that might be important.
We tell people ALWAYS to complain to the landowner even if the PCN is old. Retail parks in particular, cancel loads.
We have template POPLA appeal points, already fully argued, and examples of what a good POPLA appeal looks like, with photos embedded in it.
And we have an example Subject Access Request, so if people miss or 'fail at' appeal stage, and have not got all the evidence, they can get it.
And we have advice on what to do and say of people get a LBC (Letter before Claim) from a parking firm.
And we have fully worked examples of how easy it is (almost every time) to get a parking firm CCJ set aside, to remove it from credit records, and defend and win.
And we have a link to a step by step guide in pictures, page by page, showing how to acknowledge a parking firm's court claim, to buy time to defend.
And we have a template defence, leaving just one paragraph for people to write the facts that they know about the car park, lighting, circumstances, etc.
And we have a link to what a decent witness statement and evidence looks like, plus evidence exhibit tips and also hearing tips.
And we hear from reports since 2016 that posters here win in court 99% of the time, in the end, including reported discontinuances (no hearing).
And yet, every day we get people posting without reading a thing, or saying the NEWBIES thread has lots of words and they can't be arsed to read it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

they can't be arsed to read it.CBA - a national disease, with no available vaccine! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
