Hi All, I've received a letter from DCBL stating that I have failed to make payment for £369.95 for an outstanding county court judgement, and that it's been passed to DCBL for debt recovery. You will need to explain to the court how come you ignored the claim form . You might want to show us your draft of that part of the explanation of why you didnt ignore it here. A set aside is you persuading the court that they should waste more time on you, when (to them) you were given a claim form and just ignored it.
