    You must do what you feel fit , all we can do is advise you of the best course of action

    Whatever you do , you are trying to hook ECP and drp in your direction , away from your boss and his wife. How you do this is your problem because it's your PCN , but currently responsibility lies with them as the lessee company but may not due to the eMail sent on their behalf , so keep a copy safe

    Yes it's complicated , but you did ask , as company owners they have lots of legal responsibilities and some require specialist advice. So carry on in your quest to hook these par@sites in your direction , keep at it and you might succeed but there are no guarantees , even the covid vaccination doesn't come with guarantees , qué Sera sera

    In the meantime , this will keep happening every time you put a foot wrong in that vehicle , the same scenario will play out , so at least you are now aware of the dangers of the road and car parks , nowhere is safe so treat all of them like covid19

    As stated to the lease company below the PCN is now with Debt Recovery plus, they will need to deal with them, Euro Car Parks can no longer assist

    I will email them via the contact form on their website and see if they will switch the liability to me and then I will simply ignore them or appeal until I win. Unfortunately, if the COL doesn't work I am going to have to pay up, although I really, really do not want to contribute to the problem, it's just not worth the aggro of our company receiving more letters.

    please see my above message, there is more then one way to skin a cat!
    there is an easy way of sorting this using their live chat facility
