Sky piggy bank

Can you help find the benefit if the piggy bank of rolled data, it only offers £10-20 of a new phone, which I don’t need, a lot of over priced stuff in the store, which I also don’t it let’s you exchange for a sky store voucher, I use less then 1G of data a month, but have over 2g going into this bank. Which is going to waste.

Can you go to a lower data package.
I have been looking as an alternative to 3 as they have a £1.50pm option
it says you can change.
