Trying to find Child Trust Fund account

Hi.
Our son was born into the care system and has a child tax fund in his name that we’ve not been able to find. It seems to have changed companies a lot and after trying to go through the child tax credits they could not find them.
We really need help to find them for him so that he can access it.
