Installation cost refund (within 14 days)

Hi all,
I'm in the process of moving home and via rent4sure, a company called Home Broadband called me. I find it hard to say no, so agreed to their deal.
I was charged £58 for an "installation fee" but I have since learned of their poor service. I will cancel the contract, as I'm allowed to, but am I entitled to a refund on the installation cost. After all, it hasn't happened yet. It was only yesterday I paid this.

No such company appears to exist, so I'm wondering if you have been scammed?
If it is genuine, then, If you contracted over the phone, then 14 days cooling off should apply.
You shouldn't be signing up for any utilities until you are actually occupying the property.No free lunch, and no free laptop
