Define home. Based on what you are saying I cannot even travel to the country of my second passport. Which of course is a nonsense.

Not nonsense. “Home” is where you permanently reside for the duration of this situation.  No mixing and matching no matter how many homes you may have.  What’s so hard to understand?   People trying to find loopholes are irresponsible. Accept the fact you can’t go on holiday at the moment or to meet up with relatives anywhere!   If you want to travel to a “home” abroad you should not be allowed back.   Hopefully if everyone complies we won’t be in this situation next year!

The illegal part of your journey would be travelling to the airport. Once sitting on a plane no one is going to stop you obviously. If you do make the journey, do it knowing you are breaking the rules. You may get caught, you may not. There are 2 pinch points, either being stopped on your way to the airport or on your return when your passenger location form will give details of where you have been.
Supposedly checks on arrivals are going to be stepped up. Of course, once you are back in the UK all you risk is a fine.
for the sake of those you intend visiting and those you will be in contact with here and overseas, I hope you are restricting your contacts before your trip and while you are away.
