14 day change of mind

Just got 3 mobile broadband today (15/01/21) and it’s absolutely no good for me, I plugged it in, connected it up to my smart tv via an Ethernet cable and got nothing, would not load anything, it even wouldn’t load anything on my mobile phone even though I had full WiFi signal strength, the thought of being stuck with this for 24 months is just too much to contemplate, so I want to use my rights to back it  but I can’t get through to anyone and even if I did, how do I get this thing cancelled and return the goods?
