Subsequent letters from debt companies were correctly addressed.

I can confirm 100% that the Log book is correct in name and address and written confirmation via DVLA ( VQ7 ) at all times covering well before incidents and well after that the registered address is correct

It's very odd; sounds like human error at the point of the NTK being generated, some staff member has put in someone else's address, or is it gobbledegook?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I have carried out a SAR request with DVLA and their response which I have a copy of, is that no requests were made by the PPC during the relevant period of date of alleged infringements and the last issue of NTK so can not be human error.

Time Line of events
Alleged Date of Infringements- Oct 2017 and Nov 2017 at Same Location
NTK, unbeknown to RK Sent to address unrelated to RK or Vehicle Nov and Dec 2017 respectively
First knowledge being on receipt of 2x DRP letter March 2018 requesting £160 To my correct address
Appealed x 2 as per blue template on newbies with a few extras, this being first knowledge of the alleged infringements etc and to stuff there extra £60 where the sun don’t shine, no liability of driver has ever been admitted at any stage
Appeal denied late March 2018
Usual slew of begging letters all ignored
June 2018 Gladrags get involved requesting £480 under one PCN number relating to the incident in Oct 2017
Couple of letters received from the PPC begging for £300 under the same one PCN NUMBER
B & M Legal crop up in June 2019 also requesting £300
Respond denying debt owed and ask for explanation of how one PCN could be £300 and for copies of the NTK -Usual response it was two tickets under one reference number and the extra £60, when I went to school 160 +160 equals 320
Examination of both NTK's both clearly have the same wrong address on them but clearly my vehicle which is not in dispute .
Late 2020 receive LOC now requesting £430 due to interest, court fees and solicitors costs, you really couldn’t make it up
Reply denying debt owed and I was taking debt advice
Contact DVLA who in turn confirmed as part of my request I had sole ownership of the vehicle from 2016 till 2020 and registered to my one and only address during this time so could not possibly have received the original NTK
The second part of my request to DVLA was to enquire whether there had been any requests made to access my details between Oct 2017 and the end of Dec 2017 , this being inclusive of alleged parking infringements date of the NTK's being sent- None were present .
Hope this helps and explains things a little clearer and leaves me pondering where and how they have obtained my details, and would suggest a breach of GDPR at the very least.
Can I just thank all the regulars and the excellence of the newbies thread which has assisted greatly without the need to come on here asking questions and whilst being a single parent of a 3yr old and in my last year as a student nurse etc I have found this site cathartic.

So received a reply from the incompetent B and M legal confirming that their client obtained my details from DVLA, oh what a whopper 😊 and the £300 is still outstanding and to contact them to suggest a payment plan, so might suggest £0 😃😃
Now to move onto part two and unleash the unequivocal evidence that their client is either lying or they want to claim DVLA are4 -
So received a reply from the incompetent B and M legalWho are B and M? I thought they were a cheapo shop, present in many towns around the country .Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
