EE contract price discrepancy - Advice needed please
HI everyone,
I'm looking for some advice regarding my EE phone bill/contract
I took the contract out over 12 months ago and EE have a copy of the contract I signed saying that I agreed to pay £34.00/month for the 12 months of the contract, however when I log onto my EE account using the EE app it states that I should be paying £25.00/month. Does this mean EE has to honour the price displayed on their App and I am due a credit or are they still able to charge me the £34.00/month I signed up to?
I have spoken to EE about this matter and am waiting to hear back from them.
Many thanks for any advice anyone can give

Let us know what EE say about it when/(if) they clarify the situation.Evolution, not revolution0

Have heard back from EE
They are saying that because I have signed a contract agreeing to pay £34.00/month that is what I have been paying despite everytime I log onto my account it states the contract is £25.00!
As a 'goodwill gesture' the advisor has credited my account with just shy of £30.00.
Still not convinced they can do this so have asked Citizens Advice for assistance

@Chris0099 Don't forget that whatever the DD says and whatever you pay it is only a contribution towards your bill - it's not an all you can eat. You will pay for what you use - .
Have you been submitting your monthly meter reads ?
Have you done any calculations as to what you have actually used to date to see if you will be in debt or credit at the end of the fix.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -
Hi Robin
Thanks for your comments but my query refers to a Mobile Phone issue, there are no meters to be read etc!
I'm physically paying £34.00/month for an Unlimited data plan but the EE app shows it costing £25.00/month everytime I log on.
Its like being charged £9.00 more than advertised price every month!

My apologiesNever pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0

The contract is a legally biding document. The fact that the app doesn't properly link to your account while annoying isn't a way of changing the contract you agreed to

What does the PDF of the bill say? Is there anything on there saying £25 with an add-on or something extra?0

When I look at the plan in detail (by tapping on it) it shows the itemised view. I can see I get a £5 loyalty discount and a £5.99 add on (for Britbox). I suspect it might be something similar with the OP0
