I would love someone to send me free stuff every month1

I have had 3 parcels in the last 2 says, nothing was of use to me.
I cancelled my bank card and changed my Amazon password.
Amazon said I could keep the items so I gave them away.
If anything else arrives I'm not bothering to contact Anazon, as far as I am concerned they will be unsolicited goods so I will keep them for the prescribed time then dispose of them.Find out who you are and do that on purpose (thanks to Owain Wyn Jones quoting Dolly Parton)0 -
If the goods are not being charged to your amazon account or bank account. What was the point of cancelling you card?, same really with your password.tealady said:I have had 3 parcels in the last 2 says, nothing was of use to me.

If you are not expecting anything, then tell who ever delivers to take it back.Life in the slow lane2 -
Sounds very much like the brushing scam to me - there’s lots and lots on Google about it - your account will be used to leave glowing reviews for your ‘verified purchase’ of some junk item. This allows them to get their ratings higher - and in turn sell more product to people who think it’s good based on the reviews that have been left. (Which of course you didn’t write)1

Thx bornagain, guess I was just being a bit paranoid.
Just wish they would order a case of wine or something such as gloves and warm hats.😁Find out who you are and do that on purpose (thanks to Owain Wyn Jones quoting Dolly Parton)1 -

If you genuinely want free stuff from Amazon - I can tell you how 😂 I’ve had about £700 worth so far in the last 4 months.DCFC79 said:

I don’t think it’s even your account that will be used to leave the feedback, just a new random account they have set up specifically for the purpose of leaving feedback (otherwise you’d have details of the order in your accounts). But they can deliver the products from the hundreds of accounts they will set up to themselves at the same address otherwise it will get picked up.cymruchris said:Sounds very much like the brushing scam to me - there’s lots and lots on Google about it - your account will be used to leave glowing reviews for your ‘verified purchase’ of some junk item. Yes - you're right - they usually open a new account - and just use your details as the delivery point - allowing them once purchased to review their own product. So the Op wouldn't see any of these mysterious items showing up in their own amazon account.Money_Grabber13579 said:

Of course they can. Amazon is just one big computer with some poorly-paid, over-worked people doing the things computers can't do - like actually transporting the goods to people's homes.Deleted_User said:There's nothing they can do to stop people sending you things.
Amazon could ensure only things ordered by the OP can be delivered to the OP's address.0
