Take a guess at build year

If you can see the bricks at the back you can tell if it has cavity walls or not, if you can see a 'half brick' every few bricks then it's likely to be solid walls, so pre-1920ish1

Facade looks to be original. Any other clues? Not conservation area or they would have wanted a better match. Maybe expensive area and worth complete rebuild behind?

I am clueless, I just wonder why the back has the same red bricks and the front looks way nicer than the ones on the right, I saw a flat and layout inside is exactly the same too 🙂Davesnave said:Facade looks to be original. Why dripfeed that second picture?
It looks the same as next door and yes, 1980s.
The front facade still looks original Edwardian however. How or why that was done, not sure. It could be a replica but it would be unusual to do it on one property and not the other. Plus it has a number of features that a replica probably wouldn't bother with.
If it is 1980s, there may be information in planning documents.

More likely is that the back has been extended.anewgrasshopper said:The inside building layout is exactly the same as the one on the right, also from the back both buildings are the same and share the same garden and parking..
The sales manager that mentioned 1890s seemed oblivious as he said combi boiler but it isn’t..It has one of them system boilersI wonder if there was a fire and they made the front differently
As for whether he'd spotted the presence or absence of a hot water cylinder...2 -

definitely 1890s. They have demolished the rear (which was like the white one a few doors down) and built a two storey extension with their neighbour
