    Not sure who will be taking on UP. British Gas are taking on PFPenergy (at least Electric) customers.

  • So the non refund of credit balances and hiking direct debit amounts beyond liability has been going on for at least a year. And the regulator ofgem was where exactly?

    Not at the moment 🤞🏻.   Although they have some directors in common,  they do have their own supply licence and are a separate legal entity.
