My postie was kind enough to post it anyway, probably couldn't be bothered writing out the card and the messing around over a few quid!! Absolute whoppers

Mine arrived yesterday too. The envelope had a sticker on saying £1.50 to pay but our postie had pushed it through the letterbox anyway. I wouldn't have been very happy if I had had to pay to find out what it was.
I wonder if anyone has won the iPad Pro yet?

My husband also received one too had to pay £1.50 postage, but just been on twitter and the company says it is refunding if you send an email the address is consumer@jti.com
will wait and see what happens.

Ahh Poo, I just got this £1.50 card through the door too, wish I hadn't bothered paying it now ... still, could be an iPad I suppose

My hubby had his refund today via paypal

If you ring this number 0800 181519 they'll ask for your email address so that the PR company, Clarion Communications, will email you & arrange to refund the £1.50. I rang JTI in Weybridge & was given this number as they knew nothing about it as they're in lockdown

Just got my £1.50 card through the door this morning along with the usual pizza leaflet. I emailed the address given in the messages on here and got an automated reply which included this sentence.

"Please be aware we are experiencing an extremely high volume of emails at present."

I wonder why!
