In the spirit of money saving for those who want their money back.......I sent an email to JTI UK Customer Services to tell them and got the following...

Thank you for getting in touch with us. I am sorry to hear that you had to pay a postage charge before receiving your #IGiveAButt Stub Tidy. Our partners at Clarion Communications, who ran the giveaway on our behalf, have informed me that the incorrect postage was applied to your envelope. I have asked them to get in touch with you directly to arrange for this charge to be reimbursed.
