Reinvesting matured ISAs

I have 2 ISAs maturing roughly at the same time. One was a 3 year fixed rate and one was a 1 year fixed rate, both with different companies. Am I allowed to reinvest them separately again and not effect my yearly allowance?

Yes providing you transfer them through your chosen new ISA provider(s) and do not withdraw the money yourself.
