Why do you keep going on about a Statement of Truth, as if it is something separate?
An SoT is an integral part of both a Witness Statement and a Defence.

So at this very late stage, a WS and Defence to the claim (including SOR + appendix) is OK to send as part of the bundle. Correct?

You already know the answer to that.
If you don't know the answer, you have no hope.

No, that's not what I said.  You can't add new stuff now.  Where did I say to email something NEW?  I didn't.  I told you to email what was served already.

Put the date and time of the hearing and the word 'URGENT' in the subject line to the county court and don't ask us for their email address, ask Google.  Copy in the PPC or their solicitors if they are using a legal firm.  At least then, they will all have an electronic version to hand of what you intend to rely upon (Appendices included).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
