So, just got my car diagnostic back. Its a veeeery long list but less than £500 to fix. So my OH is paying it and I'm going to pay him back.
Good to read that the car isn't going to cost to much to repair the damage, it is one less thing to worry about. Well done on the variety of ways you are finding to increase the extra income too.

Over the next few days I'm going to sit myself down and set up an emergency fund. I'm going to tweak my minimum payment plans with my CCs and adjust them so I can have some emergency cash if needed. I can't always rely on my OH to help.

We're still waiting for the money from the house which I could ideally use right now.

Of course, It is rubbish when you have to spend that much. I always never worried myself over having an emergency fund or saving for car repairs in advance but being honest when my car when in for service and MOT the peace of mind it created knowing that I had some money saved for this was such a relief. If you can get together a starter emergency fund and set yourself clear guidelines on what it can be used for, then you will be surprised how fast it builds up.

Yes exactly! I know I also need new tyres soon but that can wait until next month.

I will definitely look into starting the emergency fund

Over the next few days I will go through my wardrobe and sell anything I don't wear or can no longer fit into on eBay! I also have a stack of James Patterson books I could sell. I also have a brand new unused dashcam that will also be going on there.

Downloaded an app called "viewers logic" basically it's an app that connects to your sky box and you earn 135 points every day you watch TV. I just cashed out a £4 amazon voucher. This is the minimum you can cash out

Also, Cars Ltd now own my 118 debt and they've agreed a payment plan of £20 a month with a 3 month review basis.

I need to focus on setting up the emergency fund and not be so focused on trying to pay everything off so quickly as I'm always left short each month.

Right, I've locked myself in the spare room with a coffee and set up the laptop.

I plan on making myself a realistic budget, one that I can actually stick to. I'm going to write down all my outgoings and see what's left at the end of the month and give every pound a job. I plan to also set up the emergency fund.

    To do today before bed!

    - Emergency Fund £1 gotta start somewhere
    - Budget Realistic one!
    - Add Clothes on Ebay
    - Add Books to Ebay done
    - Update signature done
    - Check all CC statements done

That’s good, your getting so organised.
Do you have to watch certain tv programs with your app or do you just watch what you normally would.
