Evening all,
Feel a bit bleh tonight, just bummed! I decided to take a look at my debts and see where I'm at and its totally demotivated me. It feels like the debt is never ending!!Maybe I need to rethink my budget plan and go from there, or work out another method of paying towards my debts. I don't want to fall back into old habits but I am super stressed. I have 0% interest on 3 CCs as agreed but I don't know when this runs out so I have contacted them and will see tomorrow, I feel like I get paid pay the basics and then can just about afford to pay my CCs or Loans!! Sorry for the little rant and rave, i'm just fed up! Waiting on the money feels like its taken foreveeeeer! We sold the house 7 months ago!
In the next coming weeks I will need to;
Re-budget
Fill out expenditure forms for CCs/Loans and see what I CAN afford
Hopefully tomorrow is a better day!

Awe don’t feel disheartened you have been doing great tackling your debt.Are you still doing surveys? My friends mum died and they had her house to sell . It took almost a year by the time is went in the market and then sale went through.
hopefully getting out with your friend tomorrow will help your mood.1 -
Unfortunately there is no quick fix to repaying debt. I think you need to know end dates of the deals before making a plan.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free Wannabe, Budgeting and Banking and Savings and Investment boards. Thanks for the support
the biggest gains will almost always mean some of the biggest sacrifices will need to be made to get them.
when I moved house nearly 3 years ago, I was in a situation whereby I had a fluctuating salary (month to month) due to the nature of my job and a place I had to afford on my own. My sole mission was to reduce my bills and outgoings to as little as physically possible to give me maximum disposable income to pay the debts.
i have sacrificed things like;
- TV License
- No new phone (sim only contract)
- Broadband
- Electricity usage (heating only if absolutely essential, same with hot water - all electric property)
- Amazon Prime
- Breakdown cover
- Food shopping, this is where I have made the biggest savings
- General spending on stuff I DON’T need but want...
It’s tricky at first but you learn to live with it and realise the best things in life are free.If you believe you can, you will. If you believe you can't, you won't.
Secured/Unsecured loans x 1
Credit Cards x 8 (total limit £55,050)
Creation FS Retail Account x 1
Creation Credit Sale 0% x 1 = £112.50pm x 20 mths
0% Overdraft x 1 (£0 / £250)
Mortgage Outstanding - £137,707.00 (Payment 13/360)
Total Debt = £7,400 (0%APR) @ £100pm - Stoozing3
