Broadband quickest installation

Hi,
Are there any broadband providers who can install / start before the 2.5 weeks I'm currently seeing? There's already a phone line in place, just need the broadband.
I guess they're worried about the 14day cool-off period, but not really much different from other online retailers who have to deal with some returns. Besides, even wouldn't mind waiving the cool off if they'd let me!

Cannot answer your question but it sounds as though you are pretty desperate for broadband in which case you could try the BT Wi-Fi hotspots and see if there are any around you
you have to pay to access them I believe around £17.99 for 5 days or £39.99 for a month but it may be an option while you're waiting0 -
ISP hand the work off to Open Reach and it then depends upon what work needs to take place and staffing levels .Its not the 14 day cooling off .

Hotspot a phone or a cheap mobile dongle/modem and a monthly PAYG sim if you're desperate? Lebara for example have no ti in after 30 days0

Thanks, Thats the plan.flashg67 said:Hotspot a phone or a cheap mobile dongle/modem and a monthly PAYG sim if you're desperate? Lebara for example have no ti in after 30 days
Some of these high data mobile sims are actually cheaper than the broadband + line rent. Will see how the speed compares in my area, but might keep this long term!0
