To put it in perspective , I cannot think of any similar case to yours , where the victim was misled and failed to pay within the deadline , so you are not stupid on that aspect. You are correct in that the others have different issues , but there are only 2 set aside avenues and one may be closed to you , leaving a with consent set aside

Plus you have the problem of paying for the set aside , I doubt that VCS will pay , but glad to be proved wrong ?
Perhaps you qualify for reduced fees ? Or free ? Check !!

This won't happen overnight , I predict one to 3 months to sort it out via the court system ! If it can be sorted out

Can you not edit your own post by clicking on this icon top right of your post?...

If not, then it'll have to be MSE's ForumTeam who reportedly only work 9-5.

@KeithP I have tried both laptop and phone, I have just read from another user that if you have not posted a certain number of posts this option is unavailable!! Hopefully moderators will remove ASAP

there are no moderators here, only board guides, the forum rules tell you this

the MCOL website should tell you what the fees are, have you looked ? it really is that simple

and YES you do need a certain number of posts to be able to do what we do, so you must be close by now ?
