Will do a hiit before doing my job, teaching from my bedroom, and later when I am done with work I will go downstairs to the bar and maybe have a late afternoon G&T! If the bar is open - I will just have to wait and see.

Hi guys
hurrah it's the weekend!
slept in till 8.30 - bliss! Woke up to snow! Madam and oh out playing snowball fight, I am not!
Not sure what is on the agenda for today - catch up on hw not done during the week, play games, watch some educational videos/a film, go over to the farm shop and pick up some bits, read, do some sewing
dinner will be fajitas I didn't make yesterday (when I realised I didn't have enough veg to make veggie fajita fillings!) Have just put some pinto beans in pc for refried beans mmmmmm
No doubt we will allow madam to go on roadblox for longer than we would ordinarily due to her current isolation
Ok think I will start tidying up. Never ending story atm!DF as at 30/12/16

Afternoon allAnother dark, gloomy, rainy day here, but at least it isn't snowing as it is in some parts of the country. Not much on my list today. I have sold a substantial item on FB marketplace which was collected earlier. More space in my cupboard, and £50 in my wallet, so all good. I rarely sell on FB, and am not keen on the idea of doorstep pick ups atm, but made an exception as this was quite a big, no longer used household item that would have been a pain to pack for ebay. Speaking of which, I have several ebay items ending today, too, but these are only little things.I have a load of washing on the line, hopefully not getting rained on, and another load in the machine.I have listed a couple more items on ebay - all the ebay stuff (though not the FB item) is business stuff, bought to sell on, as the shop where I normally sell is closed currently. At least I am able to continue to sell a few things.Finished up some fridge bits for lunchDinner will be chilli, jacket potatoes and coleslawI need to write a sympathy card to a former neighbour whose husband has sadly diedNot the most uplifting day, but we are warm, fed and healthy, and at least I haven't had to spend any money today!5

Morning allIt is a nice day! Sunny, not raining, not icy - a chilly wind, but it is January after all. Dog walk done, nice to see bulbs starting to appear. Put some washing out, then spent an hour in the garden tidying up. I cut back some lavenders and herbs that had somehow been missed, pulled out a few weeds and swept up the fallen leaves, while OH swept the yard, which was messy mainly because of fire wood chopping. Much better now, though will be better still when my sales unit can reopen and I can sell the assorted large pots / garden ornaments that I accumulate for sale.Came back in to find OH cleaning the hall. Coffee time now!Other plans:Stew in SC for dinner Smells good! Asked OH to open one of the big catering tins of tomatoes that I bought at the start of lockdown when the only delivery I could get was a wholesaler (advised to shield due to health condition). Used some in the stew, and froze the rest in small tubs. The tin is quite a good size and attractive, so I got OH to smooth the sharp edges where it had been opened, and drill some holes in bottom. It will make a nice pot for herbs
I have 2 more of these, and they will look nice with parsley and basil in!
Middle floor needs cleaning againDone
I have a few things ending on ebay - might list one or two more Didn't get round to listing any, but fetched some things in from the garage to be cleaned up ready.Write and post sympathy card for former neighbour whose husband has died - keep putting this off for some reasonI've written it and put it out to post tomorrow - too cold outside now, brrr!
No plans for spending - we are hopefully replacing the small conservatory at the back of our house fairly soon, and money needs to go towards that rather than shopping!Hope everyone has a good day5 -
