Well you certainly would NOT want to be phoning up and having a chat with the people who 'work' at VCS, we can tell you!  Ex-clamper moneygrabbers.  You appear to be sad that an ex-clamper thug firm doesn;t have a customer service phone number - what are you expecting from this rogue firm?  These people lie through their teeth.  No trying to talk to them.

They are easy to beat in court, so come back here when you get the inevitable court claim and do not pay for an easy life.

stopping on a red line (no stopping lane) on the way out of the airport, to allow my wife , who was in a great deal of pain (her Knee) after collecting her from a flight.  Due to Covid everywhere was quiet so no other cars around, so I pulled in for a minute so she could adjust her seat to get comfortable.

You could ask your MP to send a complaint letter to Bristol Airport owner for you.  What you describe is illegal harassment and discrimination under the Equality Act 2010, and also the Airport Byelaws allow for brief stops for medical emergencies and suchlike that are outside of the driver's control and can't be avoided.  Therefore, the owners should tell VCS to cancel this scam PCN.

Tell your MP about this, they are interested, look:

Read it...then tell your MP what you have learned about the scam you are caught up in and ask for assistance to complain to Bristol Airport (not to the parking firm scum).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
