ExpertInvests offering incredible returns - any thoughts?

Has anyone heard or got any experience of the company ExpertInvests.com? I was invited to join their private FB forum by someone on another FB trading group that I'm in. The reason I ask is that they seems to be offering astonishingly high returns for your investment. With some fairly simple strategies it's perfectly possible to achieve returns of 10-20% per year, however this company are offering two accounts either 12% per month, or 20% per month, with minimum deposits of $1000 or $10000 respectively. They say that they make money by investing mostly in real estate but also mining crypto, along with some trading in forex etc. Obviously property can provide a good income for people, but these kind of profits (not gross yields) would be exceptional for a UK property investor, so I am not sure that this adds up. With dedicated hardware and time/effort setting it all up I'm also aware that it's perfectly possible to make decent returns mining crypto, but I'm not convinced that on the whole this would give these kinds of returns. Clearly this does set some alarm bells ringing, but on the other hand, I'm always interested to hear of legitimate alternative investment schemes. I can't find any reviews on the internet, although their website does have a few testimonials. As far as I can tell, they're not FCA regulated, but then I'm not sure that this type of scheme would be approved by the FCA whether legitimate or not. I always like to approach investment with an open mind so if anyone has any thoughts I'd love to hear what they think.

No, you're mistaken; if you're talking about FIRE Revolution, how exactly is that similar? This is a managed account not training and is claiming 10 times the returns of FIRE Revolution. Night and day as I see it...

Perhaps you're underestimating your own abilities or are talking about discretionary trading? It does depend too on what you think is simple - clearly I'm not talking about buy and hold here, but are things like:
    1. The backtested results I've seen from Andres Cardenal are all within that range.
    2. https://www.trendfollowing.com/performance/  - 16.5% per year - Michael Covel's website
    3. If you want to put a bit more effort in then Andrea Unger is claiming 30-35% per year for his algorithmic trading once you get good at it - and I am pretty sure he doesn't need to sell training courses making overinflated claims in order to make a living.
I could go on by giving more examples but the returns I quote for comparison as a rough guide are not in any way exceptional and most of them are incredibly simple systems.

A Scam as I see it.

          Read this very carefully:

It's a scam then. That's all you need to know. It's not possible to guarantee returns of 12% or more per month.
Look at all the failed investment schemes offering similar returns and you'll see what's likely to happen.
If you're even considering it then be very, very careful as it's likely that other schemes will pop up to tempt you in a similar way.
Have you already filled your £20k pa ISA allowances?
Thank you for your helpful response - on the balance of probability it does sound like it. I will lurk on the FB page for a while and see if I can get any more information. It's strange that there is no information about it anywhere on the web that I can find - good or bad. I guess it's worth checking the domain name too to see if the info is consistent.
