Bills are usually 7th or 8th working day of the month. Latest date I have had one in 5 years is 13th so nothing to worry about.

Is there an Alpha one that works properly? You would be heading the wrong way, Alpha would be less functional than Beta. Not sure if they give you an alternative to the Beta site though, but it should be feature complete but may lack the polish and layout of the finished product with a few bugs still to be nailed. .

Good news is they emailed my latest statement, just now, and all is well.

I was with Zog for a few years - always found them quick and easy (not that i needed customer services much)
Easy to give meter readings and the billing was clear and simple to read.
In fact gave up waiting for them to offer electric and moved to OTM for all my energy needs (they have been fine so far)0 -
Bill received today. And prices up again. I managed to renew for next month on Mercury 12 v41 which is +£12 over my old v35, daughter just missed that and is going onto v42 which would be +another £19 for me and now v43 out which is +£33 over v41.0

Yes, I checked my prices, yesterday, and nothing comes close to either my Zog v40 gas or PfP electric. Glad I got that fix in when I did. Just need to get my credit back from Yorkshire now!

Might have something to do with the recent increase in gas wholesale prices. In September, the wholesale price was 0.98p/kWh: today it is 2.566p/kWh.molerat said:Bill received today. And prices up again.
