In reality, it probably won't take any longer for a competent engineer to replace the element (assuming that is the problem) than it would to disconnect and remove the oven.
If they did remove it, you would then have to wait for a replacement and when that arrived, you would again need to let someone back into your house to deliver and fit it so getting the one you have repaired will probably be the quickest, easiest and safest thing covid wise.1
