It’s easy to cancel. Log in, go to my account, product management and there is section which says cancel membership. Very simple process.0

You have 30 days before they take any money, why not ring them up in a few weeks to cancel.
I signed up to Experian on a trial and phoned to cancel, I had to be insistent I wanted to cancel but it was done, just be insistent (but calm) you want to cancel.
Maybe even follow it up with a letter.
Your rating / score is only seen by you and only you, your history is what's important.
