Magic Eyes for Sky.

Hi,
TV A fully usable for Sky. Buying new TV - B - for kitchen. Cable extentions from A not possible. If I put an Eye on B does this pick up the signal from A (same channel OK). Does A need to be turned on ? DoI need a separate remote for B?
