I appreciate they aren't a high street name, but does anyone have any information on the data breach? Google just turns up the various alleged frauds.

Just received 2 letters about this breach (first I've heard of it as ex savers with pnb) with the ultimate irony the names on the letters are totally different and never lived here. One can conclude hackers done a great job

I had all sorts of issues with them.
Took them to the Ombudsman who basically was laughing at their ineptitude.
Couldn't believe they'd got their license.
Poor English, poor procedures and lack of governance.
Their phone calls used to have zero (and I mean zero) ID confirmation before they'd willingly try to explain your account details.

Blimey! I'm glad I don't have an account with them!
