Leaving Talk Talk early due to flat

Hi
I've been faced with a huge rent rise and I'm looking to move out of my flat. I've nowhere to go right now so I'm moving back with family.
I still have until May left on my Talk Talk contract. Is there anything I can do to get out of it early.
You used to be able to argue about price rises but I'm locked into one where there's supposed to be none until the end of the contract.
Thanks

Price rise would be the only valid reason, or move the service to the new address.

It's a contract , you need to buy out the remaining months . From memory talk talk do a no price rise promise so there's probably no break clause

I'm sorry you have had to move out of your accomodation it must be very difficult for you you particularly at this time

unfortunately it seems that you probably agreed to a contract with TalkTalk and there is no way that you can get out of this you just have to pay them the remaining balance

There's no "probably" here - the reason that Talktalk is providing a broadband service to the OP is because a contract exists between Talktalk and the OP.

I used the word 'probably' because, having not seen what was agreed between the OP and talk talk, I cannot a. definitely say that a. there is a valid contract and b. there is no way of getting out of it.

These fora are full of postings that say one thing and when you dig a bit deeper the reality is something else! :)
