Applying for probate online

Hi
We are having some agro getting to the online form for apply for probate.
We go through all the eligibility questions and we end up at a;

On this page is a link titled     Apply for probate online     this form takes us back to;

 the eligibility questions!

I have rung up their help line and they have not been very helpful. First they blamed it on the ipad, then the chromebook then our windows computer.
Can anyone tell us where we are going wrong?

Which browser are you using? I found I had to use Explorer because Firefox wouldn't work. Hopefully it's now OK on Edge ...

Just checked on the microsoft browser and it is exactly the same.
So far we have tried an ipad, a chromebook and a windows machine and tried Chrome and Edge but nothing can take us to the actual online forms.

Something wrong with your end, I believe.  

My w10 laptop and Chrome browser got to a 'create account' page twice, once via me and the .gov probate pages and second time via your <Apply for probate online> link in the original post.
The questions were a tad different on the two routes, though.

Have you cleared cookies and even browsing history?  Try going incognito?

written below it Is just wrong. 
I have emailed them and filled in the beta feedback form but when someone is going to look into it is anyone's guess but surely I can't be the only person trying to get probate online.

Finally got it sorted but I don't know if you'll believe me.
Originally created an account with the Probate site and got sent to fill in the IHT forms.
Then came back and tried to login to access the online forms this sent me in a loop because I couldn't see the original application.
The help people told me the problem is it wants a different email address!
So I created an login with the same name but a different email address and hey presto I am in!!!!!!!
