Hi
i sent my review forms back by Nov 5th (on time) but haven’t heard anything since, not even to say they received them. Is this normal? I can’t call them because of severe phone anxiety and because of covid restrictions I can’t have anyone to come round and call them for me.
Thanks
Holly

Answered here Pip stopped without warning — MoneySavingExpert ForumIt's not unusual. There are always delays around Christmas/New Year and there are ongoing COVID delays. Timescales are very variable. Sometimes you will receive a text message to confirm receipt. If you haven't had one the only way to check that it has been received is by ringing DWP (which I realise is difficult for you).
Did you get the payments reinstated while the review is carried out?Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.0 -
I didn't get a text to say they had received my Son's review PIP forms but they did have them. They got forms back start of September and had his phone assessment just this week.hols84 said:Hi
