    I have business accounts with HSBC, Barclays, Metro & TSB. To be honest they're all pretty dire. TSB is easiest to setup a new payee - it uses OTP. But I find Barclays is easiest for day to day. 

    I've previously had Starling, NatWest & Lloyds business accounts. 

    Point is, they all have good & bad points in my view.

    Via Statements I have 2 options 
    - view transactions  when selected this then gives the option to Download to PDF.
    - view PDF.

    If you are unable to download PDF via either of these methods or view it with all data then I would suggest your browser settings are preventing it
