Junior ISA - Vanguard LifeStrategy - Platform?

I'm looking to open a pair of junior stocks and shares ISA's for my two kids. I'll be drip feeding a small amount into each ISA each month, for between 15 and 25 years.
I'm looking to invest in the Vanguard LifeStrategy 100% Equity fund, so I think the only thing left is the platform. I currently use Hargreaves and Lansdown, and am really happy with their website and app, but I've read that the fees can be a little on the steep side (0.45% annual account charge for the Junior ISA, then 0.22% on the fund itself). Are there any cheaper alternatives available?

I think one of the problems may be the minimum monthly contributions. I can only afford £25 into each ISA at the moment, and this is too low for some of the other platforms I've seen.

Fidelity are offering to run Junior ISAs for free on funds and will accept a £25 per month regular plan. Only issue is that they currently only support JISA transfers in cash so you would have some time out of the market if they are already with HL. We just transferred our kids accounts across.
Also if you want a cheaper fund then look at the HSBC FTSE All World at 0.13% but if you want the circa 25% UK bias found in VLS you could put 20% of the money into a Vanguard FTSE All Share tracker at 0.06%.
I don't have a HL account but use the HL app watchlist to track my investments on cheaper platforms.

Do you have an interactive investor account already? if so then you are probably already paying 9.99 / month in fees. But this fee covers all accounts so you could add Jisa's to this as well at no further cost. The 9.99 includes 1 free trade  / month and so you could trade within that as well. Also watch out of transfer out charges. I just got stung with £50 for my son's stock Jisa at BMO. (ouch!). Not very happy about that!
