    So I will take the 80% refund. I just wanted to check it was right as never been in this position before.

    What’s the point in the 5 year warranty? I thought it was to cover you should the mattress not last 5 years?
    They could replace like for like.

    Would you want an 18 month old second hand mattress?

    I'd take the 80% refund or try and argue it up to £600
