  • Hello am a newbie to this thread and have posted a few on the nappy cake site.
Does anyone know other than peacocks where you can get cheap but good ladies cuddly socks at all? Am making some hampers for my neices and nephews although obviously these are for the girls??
Have already made 3 for the ones under4 just the teens left to do now. then the adults but they are getting "silly" hampers with pint of socks, pot o gold etc in. not spending more than £10 per couple(or thats the plan)

Has anyone any ideas for a rhyme which could be attached to the reindeer flannels and/or the muffin flannels?
I haven't made either before, but was thinking that I could sell these at the school Christmas fair. How much do you think I should charge for them?
I have the reindeer instructions, bu has anyone got a basic instruction for the muffins?
    Thanks

99p store had some of the cuddly ones in a few weeks ago -they may still have some - by cuddly I mean the really fluffy super soft ones! I have seen them in the £1 shop too although not for a while.

There are pics on the first page of this thread with the muffin instructions on. I don't know about rhymes - I just advertise mine as calorie free or perfect for dieters etc for the muffins.
  • Hiya guys,
Was just wondering what size cellobags you use for your flannel cakes? I have basic A6 and 6"x6" sqaure ones, but they dont fit!
    Thanks xx

Do you think that £2 each would be about right to charge for flannel reindeers at a school fair?
Also, has anyone any bright ideas I could copy/adapt/steal for tags for them

I think £2 is a fair price but I'm not sure if they'd sell round here for that - I have done them at £1.50 and still made a profit - you dont need the really thick flannels so they work out a bit cheaper and I have used the Asda 11p for 3 soaps! I think its usually 19p or something but has been rolled back atm!

I have been on the hunt looking for bath pearls and found a site down south, and I know everyone is starting to make their xmas stuff already (gulp am I lazy or wot?) so I thought if you were all still looking this may help and they are reasonable aswell. Hope this helps.
