What an amazing thread !!
I loved looking at all your fantastic creations,
Can someone please tell me what size Muffin cases I need to make the flannel cupcakes ? and are they availabile on the high street, and do I use two flannels ?
I have just made my first diaper cake for a baby shower I have been invited too
I am quite pleased with it ,
thanks

We have been buying the cases from
baking frenzy on ebay.she seems very
reasonably priced for them and between
us all we have tried everywhere to buy
these,i have even tried bakery wholesalers
catering suppliers etc and it seems they
are not stocked in the UK.
but if you have a look on the front page
some have made their own cases and
they look really good
the large cases fit the fluffy socks and
the two colour flannel cakes really well
the smaller ones take one single flannel
or a pair of thinner cotton socks
but once you get going you can find all sorts
of different thins to try,i have used two pairs
of magic gloves in one of the larger cases or
a pair of cotton undies in one of the smaller ones
and everyone loves pics so dont be shy if you
can show us what you make

I've just been to boots - they're selling flannel cup cakes for £3!If my typing is pants or I seem partcuarly blunt, please excuse me, it physically hurts to type. :wall: If I seem a bit random and don't make a lot of sense, it may have something to do with the voice recognition software that I'm using!0

Thank you, I meant to crop the photo to take my knees out but forgot! I used regular chupa chups but thats because i had then already. When i rolled up the flannels at an angle i found the lollipops looked too big so didnt includethem, the mini ones might work well for them thoughBest wins in 2013 £200 and Mini iPad. 2014 no wins. 2015 2 nights 5* hotel with £300 vouchers plus £1150 Harrods gift card
