It really depends on how you use the gas. Looking at those numbers it would suggest that you either have no thermostat or it is permanently set to a high number (say 24 degrees) then some of the people you live with who don't like it so hot are opening windows to let the heat out; or maybe the house is so draughty and poorly insulated (maybe single glazing?) that the heat just pours out anyway. Maybe you have an old, inefficient system boiler that heats a massive, uninsulated water tank constantly?
Another factor is that it's possible that the February reading was an estimate which was artificially low so you are effectively paying for some energy that was used before February. Using over 60,000kWh between February and July is ludicrously high. In the same period, my 2 adult, 2 child household used around 2,000kWh so you've apparently used 30 times as much. We do have a new combi boiler and have the heating set to 17.5 degrees though.

We have a 4 bed detached house built 1985. Gas central heating (set at 20C during the day, 15C overnight) and hot water, one bath, one power shower, one electric shower, gas hob. Our estimated annual gas usage is just under 11,000 kWh at a cost of £310.#2 Saving for Christmas 2024 - £1 a day challenge. £325 of £3660

Your usage is very high according to those readings.
We are in a 3 bed detached house with gas central heating (set to 21 degrees during the day and 16 degrees over night) and gas hob and use 6500kWh per year. Our house is quite new though and very well insulated.

Does your gas meter on it say cubic feet or cubic meters?Does your bill say feet or meters? But a banker, engaged at enormous expense,Had the whole of their cash in his care.

Can you have a very close look at your meter please - is there a decimal point ? Perhaps 22060 should be 2206 (decimal) 0 and the reading you should give is 2206 etc ?
A photo would help.Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill0 -
I live in a detached 3 bed property with an old Baxi Solo 40 of boiler which is 20+ years old. I don't run the heating via the thermostat and put the heating on if/when we need it with a 1hr setting. My annual bill is about £500 electric and £300 gas. We are not a family who keeps the house at 20 degrees or anything like that.

It would make a lot more sense if those meter readings were:2206.02763.22883.13188.0That would be 982 gas units which equate to 10,990 kWh0
