  • I’ve finally got everything resolved! Gas has been switched on the 29th and I got a call about my complaint today and EON have offered compensation to cover the additional costs applied due to not switching on 10th December. It’s frustrating that I needed to do so much chasing but at least it’s done now. Fingers crossed they use actual readings for my first bill though cause the ones I’ve been giving them aren’t showing on my meter reading history 🤦🏼‍♀️

    Glad to hear it Shellbell107! I've just been on your account today to ensure the gas tariff matches the electricity one. I've adjusted it so they both end on the same day, to avoid any exit fees if and when you switch. You should now have your final gas bill from your previous supplier within a few weeks.
