I've definitely not given up at all! I wouldn't be nearly as ready to defend this claim without all the assistance I've received on here. No matter the final outcome of the hearing, I'm extremely grateful for this forum and all the contributors!

I suppose when life is super busy and the court ordered deadlines tick along, it can feel a bit daunting. I need to submit my WS today and it really seems like the last station on the tracks. I wasn't looking for an overnight response ( I did post 2 days ago:)), just was hoping for some clarification as to whether it all looks good to go, before it passes out of my hands and into the realm of justice.

I can definitely understand getting busy... Once I work out a way to upload a redacted pdf onto here I will put my entire WS bundle ( which was filed in 2 parts!) on here. Funny thing, the solicitors sent their documents (2 weeks past their court ordered deadline) and their WS (1 week before their court ordered deadline) on the 14th. Just today, Ive had an email that 'Unfortunately, the incorrect sign images were included with the Claimant's evidence.' They sent through to me and filed the amended Statement and Evidence.( nearly 1 month past the court ordered deadline) Their PDF link in the email doesn't even work! Are they having a laugh?
