Central heating repairs for pensioners

Hi, my mum has to refill and restart her combi-boiler about 3 or 4 times each week, otherwise she has no heating and hot water. She had a plumber out a few months ago who said there was probably a leak in her system, but it could be anywhere. Someone recently said that as she is on pension credit, that she might be able to get the repairs done free. Does anyone know of this?
