PlusNet mid contract / line rental saver

My contract on Unlimited FIbre runs through to April and the 12-month line rental saver I had is expiring. In general, I'm satisfied with PlusNet broadband service. Previously was with BT but got fed up of their frequent price rises. It seems the obvious options are to renew the line rental saver (which would overrun the contract duration) or keep paying a higher monthly for line rental. What have you done/would you do in this situation?

Pay the slightly higher monthly line rental until April .Reason you can negotiate in April .Pay line rental now and you would lose the balance if moving in April .1

Plusnet, just like most of the other providers have adopted the unjustified BT minimum annual increase of 3.9%.
So take that into account when you renew.1 -
Its more than 3.9% is plus this Months Jan CPI 5% increase as a ball park total .
