Well done for getting your Christmas shopping started. I've got even started thinking about what I'm going to get people yet. I have booked a days annual leave for November to tackle it though
Also great news that you'll make your overpayment today. I've not tried making overpayments to round my mortgage down to having a zero at the end but it sounds very satisfying!Mortgage-free wannabe 2025 £571/30002 -

I also do all the shopping from both sets of grandparents to give to the kids 🙁 ☹️ so I have to buy lots.
The zero club is great. I have to pay 80 a month roughly to get those last 2 digits at zero and it is so satisfying!!!Part time worker.

Following covid debacle this summer we decided to book a proper foreign holiday next year. This has led to a further cash out of savings!
And I'm super excited already! Worth every penny.
Hoping to be able to save a few hundred each month again...

No he is just hanging in there. He doesn't think it will still be there in late 2022 but we shall see. I'm going to convince him to pay off a bit of the mortgage after Christmas via lump. He's wanting a massive savings budgetPart time worker.
