I had to cancel my trip to London on January 2nd due to both London and my home are (Wolverhampton) being in Tier 4. The Hotel and the Theatre I was due to be going to have refunded my money, but The Trainline have taken £10 off my refund on train tickets, and despite arguing this with them they are saying they are governed by Ministry of Transport rules and so the deduction stands. Given that I have 4 more London Theatre weekend trips booked between now and Easter I am asking if anyone else has had this problem and also, if it is legal for them to deduct the £10 every time I am unable to make the trip due to lockdown/tiering due to COVID 19.0

We had also booked train tickets but got a 100% refund. Don't see how they can justify the £10 charge every time??0

Trainline cancelled our train and so we had full refund from them. NO deduction. Hope you can get this sorted.

Book two return tickets through last minute Dec 2019, depart march 2020 return may 2021....last minute applied Bravo insurance which I did not cancel (thought as I have COPD) It would be handy if I wanted to come back early. What with the Covid situation thought it would be prudent to cancel the out ward flight, and re book once the COVID situation was clearer. Voucher issued 6th Feb 2020 valid for one year. Have started communication with last minute and it seems likely they are have so far been giving there usual stock answers and being unhelpful. Given that throughout the past year I have been unable to obtain a flight to China, plus it is unlikely that even If I could book a flight now for the future, it is unlikely I would be fir enough now, plus insurance would be prohibitive. What are my options,?0
